The lecture will be delivered by The Hon Mr Justice Henry Carr, High Court of Justice on the topic of "Virgin v Zodiac and Its Aftermath: Res Judicata, Stays, Recovery of Damages and Post-Trial Amendments".
The evening will be chaired by Professor Johanna Gibson, Herchel Smith Professor of Intellectual Property Law.
