Dr Noam Shemtov, Senior Lecturer at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies (CCLS), will speak at the 'Fashioning the Law' conference on 14 May, Greece. Dr Shemtov's presentation will be on the role of design rights in protecting luxury goods in Europe.
